February AZPOSH Meeting
The next AZPOSH User Group meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Interface Technical Training in downtown Phoenix.
PowerShell and WMI
This month, Jason Helmick will be speaking about PowerShell and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI). Come down and see how you can leverage WMI with PowerShell to automate administrative tasks on desktops and servers.
Enter The Shell: A Script Challenge
We’ll also be announcing the details for our scripting competetion that will take place next month. The challenge is based on solving real world business problems using PowerShell. The challenge is broken down into several phases, so beginners, intermediate, and advanced scripters are welcome to participate. The winners will receive some amazing prizes, so you definitley do not want to miss this.
AZPOSH Live in March
Keep an eye on this blog for updates about how you can attend the AZPOSH User Group meeting remotely. Starting in March, we’ll be broadcasting meetings live on the internet, and you’ll be able to attend the meetings online, we’ll post more details and connection info prior to the next meeting.
