For those of you not at TechMentor, like our lucky winner Kaia Taylor, we are meeting this Wednesday, October 2nd from 3:30PM to 5PM (Arizona time (-7)). Our presenter is Max Vaughn, a Senior Escalation Engineer at Microsoft.
I will have giveaways for those who can attend in person at the Microsoft office in Tempe – see http://www.azposh.com/map/ for directions.
Look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday!
Don’t miss out on Kirk Evans, Microsoft Principle Premier Field Engineer, presenting on PowerShell and SharePoint administration. This is very exciting for us as we haven’t really focused on SharePoint in the past.
Just like last month, if you bring someone new to the meeting, I will have a special treat for you so make sure you’re inviting all of your SharePoint and PowerShell friends!
See everyone soon!
I would like to first say Happy Memorial Day and thank you to all of our past, present, and future soldiers. We would definitely not be the same without all of them. I really hope everyone enjoyed the three day weekend and short work week!
Next Wednesday, June 5th ( yes, it’s already almost June =O ), we are having a special guest, Kirk Evans. Kirk is a Principle Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft and specializes in SharePoint. He’s going to present on SharePoint and PowerShell. This is our first presentation around SharePoint, and I am super excited. Just like last month, if you bring someone new to the meeting, I will have a special treat for you so make sure you’re inviting all of your SharePoint and PowerShell friends
Can’t wait – see you then!
Don’t forget Jim Christopher is presenting to the group tomorrow May 1st 3:30 p.m. to 5 Arizona time (-7). He will be discussing Strange Things Done with PowerShell. I am so excited; Jim is a Microsoft PowerShell MVP and brings lots of experience to the conversation.
Please join us at Microsoft’s Tempe office or online via Lync Conferencing.
Lastly, don’t forget to share this training opportunity with your friends and colleagues. If you bring someone new, I’ll have a prize for both of you.
See you tomorrow!!
I hope you had a great time at the PowerShell Summit if you were lucky enough to go.
First, I apologize for not getting Norman Drew’s files from our last meeting out sooner – he sent them to me a long time ago, and I’ve been slacking. Sorry. But better late than never – so here’s the various files from his presentation on running PowerShell in a website - PowerShellWebSite. I’d also like to thank Norman again for presenting to us; it was great information.
Next, I am equally excited about our May meeting, next Wednesday 5/1/13. Jim Christopher, PowerShell MVP, has offered to talk to us about ‘Strange Things Done with PowerShell.’ This is going to be one you don’t want to miss either!
I hope to see everyone next week!!!
Thanks – Lindsey Lindley
