Just a reminder, Ed Wilson, the Microsoft Scripting Guy, is presenting to the group tomorrow, Wednesday, November 11th. He will be discussing the four ways to manage Windows 8 remotely with PowerShell 3.0 and providing advantages/disadvantages for each.
We will be meeting from 3:30 to 5 at Microsoft’s Tempe Office. We will have snacks that are being provided by TEKsystems.

I’m so excited to announce that Ed Wilson, the Microsoft Scripting Guy, will be presenting at our meeting next Wednesday 11/7/12 from 3:30 to 5pm at Microsoft’s office.
He is going to discuss the four ways to manage Windows 8 remotely with PowerShell 3.0. Ed is going to examine each approach and list the advantages and disadvantages for the network administrator. In addition, he’s going to provide a checklist of criteria to aid in choosing the appropriate technology for a variety of real world scenarios.
Ed Wilson is a well-known scripting expert and writes the daily Hey Scripting Guy! Blog. He has also spoken at TechEd, Tech Ready, Geek Ready, SQL Rally and various other SQL Saturday conferences along with presenting for AZPosh last year.
